| Before You Go Any Further...
You need to ask a very simple
question...Are you looking for a place to just shoot quail...or are you
looking to experience the thrill of hunting Bobwhite Quail, the warmth of
Southern Hospitality and the relaxation of the fresh outdoors?
If your answer is the latter, then we at Partridge Pea
Plantation, will look forward to your visit with us with great
anticipation! Our goal is to provide you with a most relaxing, enjoyable
and memorable escape from the working world. With a limited number of
hunts, semi-private Partridge Pea is always quite, peaceful and in
pristine condition.
We believe that quail hunting is more than just shooting
quail, much more. Quail hunting is an experience to be shared. Whether
you're looking to share a special time with your son or daughter, a chance
to get together with close friends or a chance to get away from a pressure
packed world, your visit at Partridge Pea will be one to remember.

From the moment you turn onto A. V. "Punch" Dowling
Drive and begin to drive through the stately sixty -year old pines that
tower over a carpet of golden sedge and wiregrass flanked by majestic Live
oaks, plum thickets, food patches and bi-color plots, you'll know
that you are entering a place that exists to provide you with an
unforgettable experience!
The high ground preserves the presence and heritage of the
Indians who once lived here along the banks of the Itchauway Notchaway
Creek. This is the only creek of its size that is untouched by a city or
town. It flows for more than a mile and a half through Partridge Pea's
haunting hardwood bottom intersected by remnants of old stagecoach roads
and abandoned railroad beds.
Lovingly cared for by owner Dr. Glenn Dowling
and staff, Partridge Pea is the perfect escape for quail hunting, bird
watching, hiking on nature trails, canoeing, or a relaxing romantic
escape.
Our aim is to create special memories for you, your friends
and your family. If you have any questions or comments, please fill out
